Remind us to never ever again doubt the Stafford Brothers & their ability to bring the party...
Friday day & night looked to be another dreary campaign, full of sh*t weather and punters set to glue themselves to their couches and tv sets. But alas, it never ended up being the case! The Stafford's & Cousin Frank absolutely ripped the joint a new one and while outside looking into the place seemed to remind everyone of mid august Melbourne, inside the story was very much different. The place packed out fairly early, Zelimir Vs Benny T went tune for tune, Maxwell kept the party rolling into early saturday morning and the Stafford Brothers just had the place going bonkers.
Check out all the party pics in the events/pic section.
Another friday night, another sweet-arse party.

Neon Essential & TV Rock duo - Grant Smilie and Ivan Gough crashed into Limelite on Friday promoting their new compilation Neon Essential 2009 with Chardy and stunning melbourne vixen Zoe Badwi dropping vocals along the way.
Young buck Jus Haus warmed up proceedings with the sweetest of tunes ensuring the d-floor was packed for the Neon clan. Neon newbie Chardy with his twisted fidget/tech showed why he is one of Melbourne’s most revered and hard working djs almost eclipsing the TV Rock boys for act of the night. He had the place twisting and turning delivering a plethora of delicious beats.
As the clock ticked one, TV Rock carjacked the joint and proceeded to tear the place apart song by song, beat by beat. If you hadn't already figured it out before friday night, these boys are truly the cream of the Australian dance scene and the early morning session reminded us of just how quickly these lads have scurried to the top. They thumped out crowd favorites all steering towards the highlight that was, Zoe Badwi. Her voice was pure perfection belting out the hit Release Me. Think old school disney sing-along and you've got the right idea.
As morning neared General Zelimir took over the reigns with his eclectic sounds til close. All in all another awesome night @ Limelite!
Photos are locked in and loaded … so make sure you check them out.
This Friday we wait with bated breath for the return gig that is the Stafford Brothers! The brothers will be sure to rock the joint joined by newcomer Cousin Frank Stafford.
Always a big one, get in early.

Friday night was the unveiling of another instalment of Southside Hussle. It is a night where our local djs showcase a mash up of their favourite tunes ensuring hours of the freshest delights and good old faithfuls.
The mighty Zelimir commenced proceedings in his usual stellar fashion … gettin the crowd pumping and the dancefloor humming. Tagteam duo Benny T & Luca took over for the main set thumping out their famed mix of party beats progressing into a more bangin set as 2am rolled near. The delicious Mel B took over where the boys left off delivering a writhing set of that dirty electro sound she is well known for.
It was another awesome night at the big house with lots of photos to prove it. Make sure you check them out!
