Jus Haus? , one of Perth’s prominent nu-skool DJs has risen to greater heights since his nomination for ‘Best New talent’ in 2008, barely 3 years ago. Recently as a part of Sony’s annual ‘InTheMix’ Top50 Djs Poll, he blew up to take the rank of the #2 DJ In Western Australia and #37 Nationally. With this he has broken through the barrier of the electronic scene and has stamped his authority as one of the hottest young upcoming acts in Australia.
This scene kid’s unique flair, dominant stage presence, ability to electrify the atmosphere and read the crowd have all contributed to gaining him his growing notoriety and popularity. Endless energy and unconditional love of the music has demanded his presence at major festivals and events locally, nationally and overseas.
His hard work and dedication as an entertainer has earned him the privilege to grace the stages alongside worldwide DJ heavy-weights including: Tiesto, Boys Noize, Crookers, The Bloody Beetroots, Drop The Lime, Steve Aoki and Sebastien Ingrosso in a slew of high profile gigs, jus’ to name a few.
For all those wondering, the name ‘Jus Haus?’ denotes a strong love to the 4/4 beat pattern whist embracing the ever-growing list of subgenres and sound scapes.
Pushing his infectious beats throughout Australia and abroad, his up-front signature sound embraces the edgy elements of bass heavy House, Electro and Dub step, kneading them into one driving, wobbly, foundation-rocking party. He has proven he can get the crowd loose and sweaty, all the time, every time.
With the 2010 summer fast approaching, expect him to be packing crowds, pushing boundaries and acknowledged as ‘must book’ artist on all good festival line-ups and events. Another widely successful series of beach parties and events are in the pipeline and this year will see him making even more noise and causing mayhem!
Jump onboard and take a seat upfront and be drawn to the peak of this rollercoaster ride. Learn his name – like moths to a neon light; you’ll be flocking to see him play soon.
